Consumer Workshop
A consumer workshop is a workshop designed to train the participants to independently identify patterns in changes and understand, how one works with both strong and weak signals of changes relating to the market and the competitive situation of one’s business.
The consumer workshop starts with a contribution from Lighthouse Cph on working strategically with behavioral changes and consumer knowledge, as well as a contribution on which patterns in changes and movements are in progress right now.
Subsequently, the participants are given the opportunity to work independently with behavioral changes and to gain insight into how one works with both strong and weak signals and with identifying patterns with strategic implications for the business.
The workshop ends with a unified perspective on the changes which will have strategic consequences for the business.
The participants will be required to bring their own examples of behavioral changes and they will be given the opportunity test their ability to understand how behavioral changes affect the market and their business. |
|
The workshop requires some preparation from the participants, but in return it provides not only a methodical understanding of what it means to work with behavioral changes, but also a deeper understanding of the changes that affect the market and the business.
The workshop takes 4-5 hours.
All knowledge and inputs gained from this session are compiled and documented so that the subsequent result is a tangible document with the results from the workshop.
Applications:
The consumer workshop is ideal for businesses that prioritize having employees, who are better equipped to detect, understand and use changes among the consumers to identify market opportunities and predict potential threats. |
